As I have my ST certificate of Rajasthan which is 4 year old so it is compulsory to connect my ST certificate online by emitra otherwise it will not be valid

Yes, the update is mandatory and to connect it to online is also that much necessary it may create less problem while feeling form but during your counseling time at any college while verifying your documents at that time it is important for the admission after that your branch will be allotted to you.
