as it is mentioned in allotment 21 august is last for self reporting online .i havnt reported to the clg prsnly ,can i report it by tomorrow

I will suggest you to report personally to college so they will assist you what you need to do and what procedure you need to follow.
You don't need to panic but it will be better if you report asap to college.and please give a good reason if they ask for being late.
