As per TS PGECET counselling I should submit my provisional and transfer certificate online but our college management didn't receive the PC's. Now what should I upload in place of that column.

Hello,
It is very essential to provide PC and TC to your post graduation college, kindly write a letter to the principal of your undergrad college stating that you are in need of PC and TC as you need to submit them to your PG college. Your college will provide you with tc and pc as soon as possible. However for TC you can easily get in your college by writing a request letter to your college Principal.
