As the number of IIT's in JAM 2019 is increased,is there any possibility to get IIT with 632 rank in PHYSICS for general category??

With your marks, you can try for IIT ROPAR. For cutoffs of JAM for IIT, you can visit https://university.careers360.com/articles/iit-jam-opening-closing-rank
DU and NITs both are good in their own zone, but I would suggest you that go for NITs because in DU lots of other events like election fest etc that will distract you. If you want to focus on your studies and really serious for your future and you want to do something good in your life then go for NITs.
