Dear Aspirant,
As you know,the second session of JEE main 2020 has been conducted in september. There is no guidelines regarding the opening date of college or cap round.
If the same covid situation continues,there might be difficulty in conducting exams.But nothing can be predicted as there is no official announcement from NTA.
Wait till the official announcement,

Till now there has been no news of JEE Mains 2021. The second session of JEE Mains 2020 will be conducted in the month of September, 2020 from 1st to 6th.
If the current situation prevails, then NTA might postpone the JEE Mains 2021 to better suit the situation but till now there has been no news for that.
So please keep your preparation for JEE Mains going on by keeping in mind that it will be conducted on as usual time.
Also please note that there has been no changes in the syllabus for JEE Mains 2021. There has only been changed in the syllabus for classes 9 to 12 boards.
