As you know JEE Mains is held in two sessions, so JEE Mains 2021 will be held as first session in the month of January 2021 and the second session as in April 2021.
There has been no official announcement by NTA if there would be any changes in he dates for JEE Mains 2021. So please go with the above dates and prepare for JEE mains.

Till now there has been no official news of the reduction of syllabus for JEE Mains 2021. The syllabus for JEE Mains 2021 would be the same as before.
