To be very honest there is no such official notification released by the Delhi University at this time regarding the conduction of exams for the relevant courses.

As the exams for class 12th are delayed so other process and examination of the university will also be delayed . You just need to wait till any official notification comes.

There is no surety for how long this pandemic will be happening so it's better you wait and see what coming as nothing can be predicted.
