Hello,
Radiography is a paramedical specialized training for those who want to do diagnostic tests in medical treatment using radiation in the future. Radiography is the science of capturing pictures of the interior and hidden parts of the human body for the aim of identifying illnesses and disorders in simple words. This involves the use of ultrasonography, X-rays, CT scans, and other imaging techniques.
Eligibility
Someone interested in pursuing a B.Sc. in Radiography should have finished Science (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Maths. The course will take three years to complete. After 10+2 Science, you can enrol in one-year certificate programmes. Some institutions offer two-year diagnostic radiography and radiation diploma programmes.
Career Possibilities
In the paramedical area, radiography is one of the most promising job possibilities. Radiographers have strong job prospects both in the United States and abroad. Radiographers are in high demand in nursing homes, hospitals, diagnostic centres, and super-specialty hospitals as health services grow by leaps and bounds.
