B. Tech has various branches in it for example computer science engineering ,mechanical engineering, civil engineering, etc.
B. Arch is for students who would like to work in field of architecture, designing interiors, exteriors, etc.
BSc in pure science that is in Physics or Chemistry or Botany or Mathematics or any other subject which can also be done by students who are interested in these subjects.
BBA (Bachelor in Business Administration) is a commerce course which provides a student with knowledge in finance, economics , marketing, etc.
Now every course is best in it's own field. A student must choose a course in which he/she is interested and would like to work in that sector.

hello sudheer raja sir
according to me The best course is b tech or B arch if your really passionate to do these courses only with out any force to join in to these course because these are the one of the best professional degrees with good experience and also you learn everything
if your interested in the computer application then go for the BBA and other these course just simply go for the bsc
all the best
Well it depends on your interest and skills because this 4 courses are completely different and have no relation with each other therefore if you choose one then there are some benefits and some disadvantage of it there for without any parameter it is worthless to compare this for courses however For Your consideration I will give you a brief description of all the courses so that you can choose which is best for you.
B Arc it is a architecture course and mainly deals with designing of infrastructure projects and interior designing of building send large infrastructures to get into colleges which offers architecture courses you can go for NATA or JEE Main paper 2 the disadvantage of Bachelor of architecture is that it is difficult to start your career because unlike other courses you will not get plus from the campus.
BTech it is a engineering course and can be done in various branches such as mechanical civil Computer Science and Engineering or chemical so based on your interest and you can go for different branches The main advantage of doing engineering courses is that it is easier to get job from the campus itself and also in recent times there is a good demand of computer engineers therefore if you are interested in engineering innovation and Research you can go for Bachelor of Technology courses.
BBA it is undergraduate course on business administration just like you're my heart about MBA which is a Masters course on business administration it is a undergraduate level course and tissue is skills regarding business and how to handle it in India doing just BBA and does not offers a job there for you should consider Masters for sure to get a job in to this field.
BSc it is a normal degree course to complete your education after 12th in science so there is not a professional courses it is considered you can go for different specialisations after you completed.
so here I have some doubt the brief details of all the courses now you can go through it and take your decision on your own one thing I must tell you that there is not a best or worst while choosing your study you should go with your interest not following the your friends also there is a variation among the job opportunities and salaries offered.
