b el ed is graduation or not ??? can we give ssc or upsc and other exams ???

B.El.Ed. is a graduation course. After any graduation, you can eligible for following exams:
- UPSC exam
- SSC exam
- MPSC exam
- Banking exams
- Competitive exams
- private banks exams
- Civil Service exams
Since you have done bachelor in elementary education which is a 2 year graduation course. Since UPSC only needs a graduation from a candidate whichever course he has opted for. Therefore you are eligible for UPSC with this graduation course.
