if you want to get a BA English Hons then you have to give IPUCET entrance exam with CET code 124 but now it is counducted and the counselling is almost over, also Delhi University take admission through 12th score but your score is not enough

You may join other private colleges in or near Delhi like PDM university, there are also a lot of MDU colleges in NCR.
