Stray vacancy is the round of Counseling which deals with seats left vacant or remaining unfiled still after a mop-up round of MCC or state counseling. Then this round conducted by colleges to fill the left seat.
So in Madhya Pradesh BAMS counselling this mop up round conducted. Its last round for admission in BAMS college. If vacancy available then you can join the college. Its kind of first come first serve offer.
