Both the degrees provide knowledge about computer, software, programming etc.
However, if you want to choose between the two, I would suggest you to go for Bachelor of Computer Applications. As the syllabus of this program is more tetechnical and related go computer software and its program as compared to B.Sc in Computer Science.
