Bcom means Bachelor of commerce more finance related and BCA means Bachelor of computer it's related to computer and it's applications .

BCA have good scope and future present technologies are mostly related to computer application so, it have demand some of the job profiles for BCA .

1. Data Scientist .
2. Digital marketer .
3. Cyber security experts .
4. Get master degree MCA .
5. System Engineer .
6. Junior Programmer .
7. Software Developer .

I hope you are doing well, I would suggest you to choose what you like. Bca as bca gives you alot of knowledge about computers so it is computer oriented. While B.com is all about commerce ie. Finanace n all. Both have good job scores in their own way like

BCA oriented jobs are as a Web Developer, Web Designer, Network Administrator, System Manager, Computer Programmer, Software Developer, Software Tester, etc depending on the skills you acquire during your course.

While for b.com you can do all this Accountant, Auditor, Consultant, Company Secretary, Business Analyst, Finance Officer, Sales Analyst, Junior Analyst, Tax Accountant.

So choose what you are comfortable with what you feel you are capable to handle and what sparks your interest.
