There are a lot of colleges in and around north India that provides BCA without mathematics. Basically mathematics is not really necessary to get BCA admission but you must be having an interest in mathematics as there will be computer mathematics.
Sorry for not specifially mentioning the colleges as there is a lot to name them down.
