it's highly recommended for you to first go through NCERT books , make all the concepts clear and then switch to higher level books,
you can also try to solve exemplar book , the level of questions in that book is very good.
for iit mains and preferably for advance, it is highly recommended to you to go through
HC VERMA for physics
RD SHARMA for maths
PRADEEP publications for chemistry.
also try to solve previous year question papers for all the subjects, it will surely help.

CBSE has reduced the syllabus of Class 9 to 12 by 30% so there is high chance that the syllabus for Jee Main 2021 will also be reduced. However any official statement has not yet released. Please wait to hear it from the authority. Make a proper routine or timetable and devote at least 10 hours a day. During last days, focus more on the important chapters. When done with the syllabus, give mock tests regularly, and solve previous year papers also.
