Hey Abhrajeet!!
I want to say that every book is best in its own way. If you thoroughly read any book. You will find similar things. In some , there is extra information for you whereas in some they are to the point. You have to choose it according to your needs. Here, you want chemistry book just for your board exams so you don't have to waste your time for gathering on extra information. I am suggesting some books. You can refer to them.
1) NCERT : it is must for your basic understanding and numericals for physical part.
2) pardeep's publications: Use it as a reference books to make your concepts clear. Though, it don't have too much extra information which is suitable for boards
3) Xam idea book: This is a sort of sample paper and question bank. With this you can cover all previous year questions with good amount of practice questions.
With these, you can easily score good marks.
Best wishes.
