NCERT and arihant. However, I strongly recommend all the students to solve Marvel as the first book of mcqs when new to the subject and in initial preparatory phase. Once done with that book, you can use Arihant or any book which you find suitable mentioned in other answers.

It hardly takes 4 hours to complete one chapter from marvel but the concepts that you will learn will be the foundation stones for solving actual neet level questions.

U can do either arihant or GRB .

Both are good and have some advantages over other .

If u don't like doing too many questions then u should take arihant other wise GRB .

No Tushar , GRB has the same level as NEET (almost) u may found some tough questions but GRB as whole was never tough for us . though u can day that about arihant . I did arihant while all of my friends were doing GRB . I choose arihant because I always get bored by practicing too many questions on same topic . arihant has less no. Of questions but they are a bit tough . but GRB it has too many questions but none too tough ...

Hi Tushar!

- First I recommend that you read the NCERT prescribed textbook properly. Focus on the solved examples as the analogy used for the answer is quite similar to tackle NEET question. Clear your doubts with your teachers in order to strengthen the basics.
- Then, I suggest that you may read H C Verma to develop an advanced conceptual understanding. Understand the solved examples in this book as well.
- To practice questions, you may refer Pradeep's Objective textbook.

Hope this answers your question!

Hi,

Most important for NEET/AIIMS is your NCERT books as books include basic principles and concepts and provide accurate information. BUT KEEP IN MIND YOU HAVE TO CLEAR ENTRANCE YOU ARE NOT DOING PhDso dont go by all books mentioned here and thereKEEP NCERT + ONE REFERNCE BOOK + MAXIMUM MCQS PRACTICE = Medical SEAT Apart from this, you can add upon it by following books

Physics -

Concept of physics by H C Verma

Fundamental of Physic by Pradeep

Objective physics by DC Pandey

Hope this helps!....BEST OF LUCK

Basic concepts in physics play a crucial role in your mcq solving skills. Many mcqs are designed in such a fashion that 3 or more basic concepts are linked in a series which will enable you to get the final answer. I would suggest from my personal experience that Marvel is the book to build your concepts. No direct mcqs from this book will appear in neet or any other entrance but it really works. After around 200 mcqs of each chapter from marvel you should start solving arihant and hc verma as mentioned earlier. Arihant is actually the level of neet and solving marvel along with arihant will boost your confidence and concepts.

Hi Tushar,
Physics is the subject of very wide concepts but the good thing is that for NEET the basic concept are of much more importance. Many books are available in the market claiming for being the best for NEET syllabus but in due course of time the cut-off is raised to a great extent.
Keeping the ground reality in mind, Solving only objective question would not help you to that much extent. You can go with DC PANDEY and for subjective concept refer to HC VERMA. Solve as many as question you can do. Do mistakes. Mark them. Learn Them. Try again and feel the change.

DC Pandey is good! However, solve the one for medical, not engineering.

Arihant (Pandey) will do the job or else I can buy true men's for physics . It's a good book with solutions in it.
