Hi Aspirant,
As Better Scope doesn't lies in subject but better scope lies in Aspirants as both the subjects have equal we can't override them but based on your knowledge expo it depends so as per your passion you can move.
while comparing present situations B.Sc (Hon) Chemistry is better based on the present day placements, researches, academics it will have a good handsome amount of salaries in pharma industry and bioscience researches, while Maths is also better if your passion is like teaching, researches you will have good packages as top faculty.
