Unfortunately NO , You are not eligible for admission in DTU( Delhi Technological University ) as they requires minimum aggregate of 60 percent marks in Physics , Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) and qualification is not on the basis of overall percentage in Class 12 .
However the eligibility for reserved category is lower and different than General category

No, with 55% in PCM , You are not eligible for admission in DTU .
This is because,
The minimum percentage requirement in PCM is 60% in order to be eligible for DTU

JAC Delhi eligibility criteria for different colleges is given below :-
>>>> For B.Tech in NSUT, IGDTUW and DTU
To be eligible one must pass his or her class 12th board examination with physics chemistry mathematics and English and must have got at least 60% in aggregate of physics chemistry and mathematics
>>>> For B.Tech in IIIT-D
to be eligible you must get at least 80% marks in the aggregate of best 5 including physics chemistry and maths. You must also have got at least 80% or more in mathematics
>>>> B.Arch in IGDTUW
to be eligible you must have got at least 50% marks in overall in your class 12th board examination and also you must have got at least 50% marks in aggregate of physics chemistry and mathematics
