By doing bachelor in mass media can i become a actor or something related to entertanment

First of all ,there is no eligibility to be an actor,you just need pure talent and if you really are looking for a course to pursue acting then go join an acting school ,it will help you to become a better actor else you will be behind the camera only.

No, you don't need BMM degree to become an actor.
To become an actor you have to join some acting class or college. BMM prepares you with respect to technical aspects of media. (Eg journalism)
