Hello,

To be eligible to apply for admission to Bachelors of Science (BS) in Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore for the academic year 2021-22 is that a candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects in 10+2 level from a recognized board. Candidates who have studied Biology, Statistics, Electronics, Computer Science, etc., in addition to Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are also eligible to apply for admission. Candidates belonging to general category must score minimum 60% aggregate marks in class 12. There is no minimum percentage requirement for SC/ST category candidates.

The admission is done through 4 different channels that is based on JEE Main score, JEE Advanced score, NEET UG score and KVPY. You have mentioned that you are dropper but you didn't mention the year in which you have passed class 12th. If you have passed class 12th earlier than 2020 you are not eligible. If you have passed 10+2 in the year 2020 you are eligible even if you are a dropper who appeared for JEE Main 2021 and secured a valid rank.
