NIT Meghalaya is within the top 100 engineering colleges in India. To get into this college a good JEE main percentile or score is required to appear for JEE advanced.
Last year(2019) the JEE main cutoff for JEE advanced is
GENERAL CATEGORY :90 PERCENTILE SC: 40 PERCENTILE ST :40 PERCENTILE OBC :70 PERCENTILE
But this year(2020) the JEE main cutoff for JEE advanced is
GENERAL CATEGORY : 88 PERCENTILE SC: 40 PERCENTILE ST :40 PERCENTILE
OBC : 50-70 PERCENTILE
You should have above 80 percentile in JEE Main exam to get into the bet colleges in India.

See if you want to get into NIT Meghalaya and as you belongs to ST category so you will have to face tough fight among other aspirants and you nedd to score at least 99 percentile if you belongs to any other state but if you belongs to Meghalaya then you can get into the college by scoring 98-98.5 percentile, cut-offs for different branches are different and since you have not mentioned the branch for which you are seeking admission so I gave you general cut-offs which you should score at least.
Note that this cut-off is according to previous year because this years' cut-offs are not declared yet and cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
