By taking civil as branch can I apply for the AFCAT after completing betch??

Hi,
According to the eligibility criteria, the candidate requires degree in BE/BTech fo AFCAT. So after completing engineering in CiVil branch you can apply for AFCAT but tou won't be eligible for any technical post.
