Hii
For AIIMS MBBS you must have qualified class 12th with subjects physics ,chemistry and biology and must have scored 60% aggregate in these subjects. After this you will have to qualify the AIIMS entrance exam with top ranks. Then only you will be able to get admission in AIIMS
For other medical colleges across india you will have to appear for NEET UG. The eligibity for NEET UG is 50% aggregate marks in class 12th with subjects physics, chemistry, and biology/biotechnology. And you have to qualify NEET with atleat 560-600 marks in general category to get a seat in govt college.
Thanks!
