can a candidate from other state (domicile other than Karnataka) apply for KCET? If yes, then How?

The eligibility criteria state that if you have passed class 12 or have studied at least for seven years in Karnataka then one can appear for the KCET if you fulfill the above criteria then can appear for the exam.
