Other students can apply for KCET??????if CAN .....how????

Dear Rohith,
Other state students are not eligible to take part in KCET. You need a domicile certificate of Karnataka to apply for the KCET exam.
If you are interested in private engineering colleges of Karnataka you can apply for the COMEDK exam.
