can a candidate with Nil knowledge in civil engineering..... with a diploma holder's certificate...... start ...preparation with full potential and hopping to crack exam within1-2yrs is it possible

Yes ofcourse , if you give your full potential , do hardword regularly being determined and consistent surely you will be able to crack the exam for sure
As you have mentioned nil knowledge , so you will have to start from the scratch that is basics to understand deep concept initially it will be difficult dont give up then success is yours
