can A dropper who have scored less than 75% in boards and belongs to EWS category can give jee mains 2020 jan and april?

Hey there
If you have scored less than 75% then you can give JEE mains but for admissions into nits, iiits etc the 75% or top 20 percentile is needed. Hope you got the point.
