dear student

yes, you can apply. Food technology has lots of biology in it.taking biology would be helpful as this course is about food which directly relates to biology because human system, metabolism, nutrition, food microbiology and other aspects of biology are involved. But the criterias could differ from college to college. Some may ask for maths as an addition but not compulsion. In Delhi University's scenario, it isn't. You can get admission with both your PCM and PCB percentage which ever is higher

hope this helps

All the best!!!
