Dear Dhanush, the eligibility criteria for pursuing B.Ed is that you should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. So even if you have studied B.Tech, you can study B.Ed. If teaching is your passion, another alternative option that you have is complete your Masters and then appear for UGC-NET. Then you can also become an Assistant Professor. But just to answer your question after B.Tech you can pursue B.Ed. You should score a minimum aggregate of 50% in your Graduation to be eligible for relevant entrance examination. Every State will have its own Entrance Examination for admission to B.Ed
