Can a recent fmge2020dec passout be eligible to write neetpg2021 without state medical council(smc) certificate? Have recently applied for smc and the process takes some time,in the mean time planning to give an attempt so want to know if I can write the neetpg21 without smc certificate?

Candidates who will not complete their Internship by May 31 will be eligible to appear for the examination next year. Candidates who wish to apply for NEET PG 2021 must also possess a valid Registration Certificate issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or any State Medical Council ( SMC )
