can a student passed with year back eligible to give rjs exam?

Vijay, you need to complete your Bachelor's degree in Law before you apply for RJS examination. When you mentioned you have a year back, iti s not clear if you have backlogs or passed a year late than the duration of the course. Let's say youhave some backlogs then you are unfortunately not eligible for appearing fir RJS Exam because then you wouldnt have completed your Bachelor's degree. But if you have completed your course but took a year longer to complete the course, even then you are eligible for RJS exam because you have completed your Bachelor's degree and hold the Course completion certificate.
