Can anyone get NIT after good score in JEE main if his 12th percentage is only 65 but government says that it should be minimum 75%?

No, you can't get an NIT if your 12th percentage is below than 75% or you are not in top 20 percentile in the 12th class examination conducted by the respective Boards according to the new eligibility criteria of JEE.

You have to secure at least 75% marks in the 12th class examination, or be in the top 20 percentile in the 12th class examination.
