As per your requirement, i would say that thr cut off of college depends on different state and different college every year.
As per your mentioned college thr cut off will vary depending on category. If your rank is within 1000+ in icar ug exam as total seats are near about 1k only, so you will then definitely get a seat in Agriculture. It also depends on which category you belong to avail the reservation of your category.
