Hello,
It's not a problem at all if you're pursuing graduation through regular mode, you can also appear for UPSC after graduation but if you want to appear in the final year then accordingly you have to make your schedule in such manner that your studies don't suffer, even if you plan it in steady manner through your graduation years that's also going to help a lot, for instance to start with make yourself acquaint with the syllabus, download it from the official website and take a print of it, having this is necessary as this will help you know what to read and what to skip as UPSC has got such a vast syllabus, start with NCERT books and then move towards the standard ones, and most importantly inculcate the habit of reading newspaper on a daily basis, The Hindu is the best optio , you can also choose The Indian Express, reading newspaper will help in all the three stages as e en in interview you'll be asked about latest happening, go through previous year papers, also make sure to check out answer sheets of toppers which will give you an idea about how to go for answer writing, and keep resources minimal as reading one book many a time is always preferable, revision is the key here.
