Can B. pharmacy students write GAT B exam and which courses they can choose
Hey,
GAT-B (Graduate Aptitude Test-Biotechnology) is an entrance test for M.Sc, M. Tech, and M.VSc Animal Biotechnology programmes. Each course has its own set of eligibility requirements, which are as follows:
-
M.Sc:
A candidate must have completed a Bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline in a 10+2+3 pattern from a recognised university with a minimum of 55 percent aggregate marks.
- M.Tech: A candidate must have completed a B.E/B.Tech in the relevant field with a minimum grade point average set by the university.
- M.VSc Animal Biotechnology: A applicant must hold a B.V.Sc. & A.H. degree or its equivalent from a recognised board to be considered for the M.VSc Animal Biotechnology programme. Candidates in the general category must have a minimum CGPA of 6.60 on a ten-point scale or 2.60 on a four-point scale, or 60 percent. SC/ST candidates must achieve a minimum CGPA of 5.60 on a ten-point scale, 2.20 on a four-point scale, and 50% overall.
I am afraid that according to the eligibility criteria, you are not eligible to take the GAT-B since you lack the requisite educational qualifications.
I am providing the link of our website to know more about it.

Hope it helps.
