Hi,

The eligibility of KVPY (SX) stream states that students must have secured a minimum of 75% (65% for SC/ST/PWD) marks in aggregate in Maths and Science subjects (Physics/Chemistry/Biology) in the 10th class and a minimum of  60% (50% for SC/ST/PWD) marks in aggregate in Maths and Science subjects (Physics/Chemistry/Biology) in class 12th.

So, if you have Maths subject in class 12th and fulfill the above percentage criteria, you'll be eligible to sit for SX stream.
