Hey,
When they mention that qualification is diploma holder or equivalent, then you can apply on the basis of 12th results because diploma is equivalent to 12th. So, if you want to apply, you can, but your bachelor's degree won't be considered much.
But make sure you mention about your bachelor's degree because they have mentioned diploma. So, they might be looking for someone with technical knowledge.

Hello,
Yes, surely a B. Tech graduates are surely eligible for diploma level jobs. Diploma is the minimum qualification required for that job. But if you are keen to get this job then you are able to apply for this. Most of the cases the main preference goes for diploma holders.
