can i addmission aiq and State both college or after addmission medical college through aiq ,then can i addmission college through state counseling to cancel the joining of aiq college ?

You wouldn't be able to take admission in Medical college through state counseling after you take admission in Medical college alloted through All India Quota Counseling.
Hence you should make a wise decision before taking admission in any medical college.
