Yes, you can apply for AIQ and state quotas, which are administered by MCC and state authorities, respectively.
MCC conducts counselling for government medical college seats with a 15% quota, all AIIMS seats, JIPMER DU seats, VMMC seats, and IMS BHU seats.
In addition, state officials provide counselling for the 85 percent state quota seats. As a result, you can apply for both.
