can I apply for BCA course if I didn't had Computer science(cs) as a subject in class 12?? (I pursued PCM with physical education as a optional subject in 12th. )

The eligibility criteria for admission in BCA is that a candidates must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with Mathematics as compulsory subject from a recognized board or university.Now, the minimum percentage requirement in the qualifying exam will be different based on the college you are applying for.you don't necessarily need to study Computer Science in 10+2.You are eligible but you need to fulfill other eligibility criteria too.
