Dear student,
Definitely you can apply for colleges with a percentile of 80 in jee mains. But right now almost all the counselling processes are over. But surely with this score there might ne many colleges that can give you admission. If you would have explained the colleges you wish to apply in with this score, we would have helped you in a much better way.
