can I apply MCAT ? I am just 12th pass out. I want to do undergraduate medical in abroad. Is it possible for me to study medicine there by passing MCAT only ? Do I need to have special permission for eligibility ? I happened to read that for to register MCAT you need to have studied MBBS. Do I ?

Hi,
Well getting a medical education in USA requires you to complete a undergraduate degree first and then do MD and to get admission in any medical college there for MD, a student is required to give MCAT exam. Since you are a high school graduate, you need to do a undergraduate course before entering into medical school in USA. In uk you can directly go for medical school because there you will get mbbs degree similar to india.
