Can I attempt UPSC after Btech without pass 12?

See there is no any specific eligibility criteria for class 12th but one should have the marksheet of 10+2 or equivalent examination because that is required for any job, so if you have not studied 10+2 then you must have studied some equivalent course to it, if not then you cannot succeed in document verification of UPSC and also for B.Tech admission are taken considering the 10+2 or equivalent examinations as it's qualifying examination. So even B.Tech. cannot be pursued without appearing for 10+2 or equivalent examination from any recognized board of centre or state.
Also as per the age criteria the candidate should have crossed age of minimum 21 years on the August 1st of examination year and on the same date he/she must not have exceeded 32 years of age if belongs to General or Unreserved category.
