Can I bring down the options below my alloted seat for 2nd round which I have added above my alloted seat in 1st round ?? Pls do reply ASAP as i have to submit my choice

Dear candidate,
No, you cannot get a college below that college which you have been allotted in the 1st round. Therefore it is always advised to fill the choices in such a order where you have your 1st priority at number one in your list.
