Hello there,
Your question is not clear. It seems you have missed out certain details. Please mention where you want to change subject. You can prepare for NEET after you are done with JEE Main preparation. The syllabus is nearly same, apart from Biology. You should solve the previous year question papers atleast twice to get a good idea of the trending questions.
