If you are currently a student of 1st year in your preferred college , then there might be a chance to change your college by taking permission from your college authority. But , your academic score must be good to take this opportunity and make sure that your college has no restrictions in their guidelines/protocols.

Basically , if you are changing your college between same university, then the possibilities for changing the college is quite easy as the migration certificate from that respective university is not needed.
