can i crack nda exam with having commerce but without maths subject?

Yes you are eligible for NDA if you are a male candidate.With the help of NDA exam you will be able to get into Indian Army.You will not be eligible for Navy or Airforce as for that you should have completed your 10+2 with Physics and Maths.
