Hi aspirant,
Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) is the conducting body of the counselling held for admission into IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs based on JEE Main and JEE Advanced score. In order to participate in counselling process, a qualified candidate has to register for the same on JoSAA website on the prescribed date and fill his/her choices based on interest and rank. Once the due date of registration is over on cannot participate in JoSAA counselling. However, he/she can participate in special round or spot round counselling held soon after JoSAA counselling is over.
Hope it helps you.
